I went to see Dr. McTeague last September. 10+ years of lower back pain from stenosis. I have had all the shots out there, none helped. Somedays it's a 2 or 3 other days its unbearable. Driving long distances, brutal. Golfing, 800mg Advil at the turn. He recommended we try spinal decompression once a week. We did this until the end of the year. The results have been life changing for me. Am I still a little slow in the AM, yes but once I do some AM stretching and get going I am pretty much good all day. I am even able to run after maybe 5 years of not being able to so. Dr. Mc is a great guy and a great doctor. This therapy might not be for everyone but I would absolutely recommend him as a great place to start for anyone experiencing back pain. The facility and the staff are extremely efficient. Dr. Pare and the whole staff at Lakeside are AMAZING! Their whole intake and planning process is incredibly organized and there are no surprises going forward. Dr. Pare was approachable, relatable, knowledgable, and not afraid to think outside the box when I brought up random thoughts (lol). Their facility if beautiful and massages are fantastic as well! Cannot recommend Lakeside enough- my first Chiro experience and will only come here from now on.

Dr. McTague is the best of the best. I came to him with low back pain, a fear of chiropractic care, and a healthy dose of generalized anxiety, and he addressed all three problems with compassion and care. I consistently felt heard and validated in our appointments and now also have a prevention plan in place. My type A personality is also obsessed with this office’s scheduling system, front desk staff, and overall organization. Highly recommend!

Lakeside is the best! I came to Dr. Kiper with limited mobility in my neck and lots of pain - after a couple weeks of treatments (plus doing your important at home exercises!) I am pain free! I have tried many treatments for my neck, but Dr. Kiper's expertise in MDT (McKenzie therapy) has truly helped me in a way I didn't think was possible. His entire team is amazing and made the experience very comfortable. The front desk staff are very friendly and super helpful. I received amazing massages from JJ and Stephanie. I had one appointment with Dr. Mendez and she was wonderful as well! You can tell that Dr. Kiper hires the best people and truly cares about both his patients and his employees. 10/10! Thank you Dr. Kiper!

Ive been a patient at Lakeside for over a year and have always had wonderful care by Dr Kipers team! The front desk staff are so friendly and helpful! Dr Kiper has done wonders addressing my TMJ and jaw pain! I look forward to seeing him every few months to get my TMJ addressed. Ive also received other chiropractic services from his team and all providers have significantly helped me address my concerns. Lastly both Ken and Jabari give wonderful massages! If you want something lighter go to Ken, if you want harder pressure go to Jabari. I recommend this place to everyone! Dr Kiper and his team are so kind and easy to work with. 10/10
