Great place! Always clean, easily accessible, wonderful staff! Whatever your fitness goal is, this is the place to be.Whether Solo or you need assistance, see Miguel or Laz they'll make it happen! Everyone makes you feel like family and they have more to offer than most gyms, not just a bunch equipment and mirrors lol. So stop playing and see for yourself, that weight won't move itself!!! And your energy won't improve til you do 💯

This location used to be a great spot the last few years they have went down. Bathroom not being cleaned toilet seat broke piss one seat and floors showers no hot water hardly ever tissue and paper towels heat is not working fans not working lights half the light are working a lot of guests are complaining. I am a plumber so i notice these things and I constantly ask what’s going on and they say it’s getting fixed but these issues are getting worse

I would give zero stars if I could. I went up there 3 times to cancel my membership. The first time the workers told me I was good and didn’t need to do anything else but when I realized they were still charging me I called and went up there again and yet again was told it was handled. Nobody mentioned I needed to check in or that I would get an email confirming cancellation even though I asked if there was anything else I needed to do. I would not choose this as my gym unless you want them to lie to you and take your money after you cancelled. They have no sympathy for you even though you did what you were told. Not to mention the inconvenience and time it took to go up there 3 different times to cancel again. It’s poor customer service. I should not be penalized because the workers I spoke with did not do their job and then lied about it. I’ve been a returning customer and always nice and respectful to the staff and gym so this is just super disappointing.😔👎🏼

I am staying temporarily in Memphis on business and have been at this location for about three months. It's a large space with a very good variety of equipment. Well-monitored parking is always abundant no matter how many people are inside the gym. When entering, the first thing I always notice is how clean the place is. You can smell the freshly scrubbed fragrance no matter where you are in the building. That never happens in a gym and that is very important to me. I've noticed that Bobby, who appears to be the only person doing the cleaning, is really focused on his work. You won't find dust or dirt accumulated anywhere and even the locker rooms are cleaned daily. I've seen Bobby looking for any smudges or streaks on the windows after he's washed them trying to make sure they are 100% clean. I'm usually there in the mornings and I've also noticed how amiable he is with the members even while he's busy working. Everyone seems to like him. Also the people working the front desk always have a warm greeting when you come in and when you leave...sometimes while they're also busy with someone else. As a member, that really makes a difference and it doesn't happen at all locations I've attended. I've lived in a lot of cities across the US as well as having lived in Europe and Asia and this is certainly one of my favorite gyms anywhere. I will miss this location when I move back to California in a couple of months.

I think this Esporta location is fine if you’re looking for a gym with a convenient location and don’t mind dirty and unorganized facilities. I am happy paying $10/month for my membership here, but I would not recommend this location if your membership structure costs any more. The attached photos were taken over the course of the past four months during which the turf area has gotten increasingly messier. When I ask the staff about cleaning up this area, I am met with either an attitude of extreme inconvenience or am told that this level of disarray is what I should expect on a daily basis at the gym. I generally view this cleanup opportunity as extra cardio, but I think the staff here should absolutely take more initiative either in disciplining members who contribute to this mess or cleaning up after them. I view this obstacle course as a safety hazard for the members of this location.
