Kelvin was an incredible help and was the most kind and respectful while staying professional. He took care of all my items and made sure there was nothing damaged in the process. He was great to work with and we would definitely love to use him again for our next move!

They didn’t even fully move us out of the house. The second truck loading did not seem as prioritized and a small U-Haul’s worth of items were left behind at our house. We had to rent a U-Haul, and extend our lease an extra day and hire additional help from neighbors to go back and get what Krupp left behind. No solution or offer of help was given by the Krupp crew for what was left behind. It was simply just not done. We had been told by the moving crew that they would disassemble and then reassemble the beds as part of the move. Days after moving in, we realized our son’s bunkbed had several missing screws and one that was put in we even witnessed falling out. We had no idea where the missing screws had been put because the moving crew didn't mention the incomplete assembly to us. About a week later I happened to find the screws in an empty mattress bag - one of those disposable covers they brought for the mattresses. Needless to say, I wasn't very impressed that they left without fully assembling a bunk bed without ASKING if it was ok for them to leave it incomplete or even telling us about their incomplete work. We are not talking about a couple of screws…there were 17 screws that they didn't bother putting in place on a child’s bunk bed. I shudder to think what could have happened to my son on the bottom bunk in particular. I'm sure they were tired after a long day, but it might have taken them 5 minutes to put these extra screws in using their drill. Instead my boys were sleeping on a bunk bed for 3 weeks that was missing 17 screws including on the ladder. Also we found that none of the support screws/brackets had been placed back on a queen bed frame, before they put the mattress on it AND the two sections of the frame were not secured together with the bracket it was supposed to have. We also discovered over time that they put many things into the garage at the end of the move that were not supposed to go in there. I'm guessing they just wanted to hurry up and finish rather than taking things upstairs or downstairs. When scheduling our move, I requested a 6 man crew, but the lady scheduling things insisted that we should only have five men and that a sixth would “be in the way”. I again tried to express I thought it would be better to have six but it was shut down as not a good idea. The job was quoted as about 7 -8 hours but instead took closer to 11. But it was definitely a bummer since I had wanted a 6 man crew so they didn't get too tired, but I was talked into getting a 5 man crew by your staff, and then 1 of the crew members showed up a few hours late and then only stayed for maybe an hour before he quit and left. So we essentially had a four man crew and at the end it was clear they were exhausted and things got sloppy. At the end of the day, one of the crew, the leader I believe, asked us to “Show them some love when we pay” because they had “been there longer than they thought they would have been”, which again would not have happened if we had been given the crew size we asked for. Additionally during the move, I observed that they were using our helium tank in our garage to play around and alter their voices. Then to move in and see that our solid wood dining room table has been dented and scratched and we were only going to be eligible to receive $150 from a claim for it, which is a tenth of its replacement cost, the whole experience has been a disappointment. We do regret choosing Krupp when we had so many options for moving companies to choose from. In order to receive the meager $150 damage claim for the dining table, the claim form we were sent to sign says that by signing it we are agreeing to not have any further claims against Krupp, but with the issues we have already discovered that put our family at risk, and the level of dissatisfaction we had with our experience, we are currently not prepared to sign away any rights for future claims, especially when our families safety was put on the line already.

Anthony, Eli, Todd, Maguire, & Dakotah were AWESOME! Nice guys to work with and very diligent in their packing and wrapping of furniture. They have quite the Tetris abilities in packing the trucks! We really appreciate all of their hard work. We have already requested this team to move us into the new place when it is ready. Highly recommend!

I can’t say enough great things about our experience with Krupp Moving! Their communication, professionalism, and care they took with our possessions were all outstanding. Isaiah and Zay led a great packing and loading crew, and they went above and beyond in the unloading and set up of our new home - they stayed long past normal hours in order to ensure that everything was as we needed it to be before they left. This was our first non-corporate-sponsored move in a few decades, so we were very nervous in selecting a moving company on our own. But we will be contacting Krupp for all of our moving needs in the future, and we cannot recommend them highly enough. Truly excellent work and a fabulous experience overall!

Krupp are DEFINITELY the Moving Experts!! And PATIENT with elderly customers! BEST to go with a local moving company, such as THIS ONE! My first local moving company after over 10 government related moves that the packing and customer service go worse and worse over the years. The Krupp Team explained the entire process to move a parent out of state, including temporary storage, and happened as they promised and we paid for. Fair moving fees as well as storage. And you will see the ATTENTION to detail with wrapping up household goods (HHG) and not mixing up HHG with moving into and out of storage. Met with Bethany virtually and her estimate was equal to the reality of HHG stored and shipped. Isiah is one of their MOST Trusted Drivers, but also does packing and loading. He has an internal network of background checked movers that move quickly, cautiously and also stand by their word. No furniture damage whatsoever - AMAZING! HIGHLY RECOMMEND, PHENOMENAL level of care and detail to entrust your good with their team!
