Krave Gym Des Moines

Absolutely love this place! My husband and I joined this gym 1.5 months ago. What we love: the program is designed to get a full-body workout in 3, 1-hour sessions a week (plus an optional stretching/yoga recovery). The workouts are circuit-training with small groups and great coaches; this combination makes it feel like you are a kid again playing hard at recess with a great group of other people. The workouts are intense, but truly seem to do what is needed and the variety through the hour keeps it fun.

I’ve been at Krave for 6 months now and prior to that I have never been consistent at the gym! Krave offers workout classes focusing on different stations such as strength, agility, endurance and striking. I’ve never lifted weights or practiced striking prior to Krave, but we do it every class and those are my favorite stations! The classes are challenging but fun! Great community and great location on Ingersoll. Owners are passionate and active with their community, love it here!

Krave Gym in Des Moines is hands down the best gym I’ve ever joined and I’ve tried plenty across the country! From the moment I walked in, I knew this place was different. Been doing workouts over at Krave for a few months now and love the workouts. They are always changing the seasons to focus on different aspects of fitness and the culture here with Phi and the gang is amazing. Go give it a try, you’ll love it.

I came here as I was invited by the gym owner around a year ago, and finally made it my goal to visit it (Nov 28, 2025). Came in to get a lift in, and it was a good workout :) The vibes match the energetic feel of the place, and I was able to see that from the team session happening: lively with a bit of friendly-competition to keep each other going! Definitely a place for anyone looking to get into working out or to find like-minded folks. As a powerlifter, it's refreshing to train at a place like this once in a while 😅 The owner of this location, Phi, is a good dude! Friendly, outgoing, and passionate about what he does for the community 💪 10/10 I recommend to others :)
