I got a Volvo ex90 lease at the end of November 2025. On the 3rd day of ownership the car died and locked it self out. No keys would work and the car was non responsive. It had to be towed back to the dealership. The car spent 2 1/2 months at the dealer getting fixed. After all of that, got the car back and it died again a week later. I reached out to Kimmel & Silverman at the 30 day period that my car was out off service. Firstly, I spoke with Timothy who is the Client service representative and he was amazing. He took time to listen to my long story of misery, that I have been experiencing with this vehicle. He then took me thru all my options and helped guide me thru the steps that I had to take to get the Lemon law process started. Once the process was started my next point of contacts were Allison who is the paralegal and Robert Silverman who was my lawyer. Both Allison and Robert are absolute super stars. They were super responsive, patient and kind thru out the whole process. If I had any questions that I needed answered either thru email or by phone they were always available within minutes. Roberts knowledge and care towards his clients really shows, thru all of his years of experience. He truly knows his craft and is the best at it. Thru out the whole process, I always felt that I was treated with great care and warmth. The service that Kimmel & Silverman provided me with was beyond 5 starts. I am Chef by trade and in my world they deserve all the 3 Michelin starts that one can receive. I am so thankful to them for getting me the outcome that I was wishing for in the end.
