We bought our house from Scott 25 years ago and he sold it for us as well, he is the best realtor we have ever worked with! We have referred numerous friends to him and they have all said the same thing: 5 star++ He and his team are beyond amazing from start to finish, they think of everything that's needed to make your house sell, the whole process couldn't have gone any better for us, the stagers did an amazing job to make our house shine and Scott is so knowledgeable in every aspect of real estate. His guidance and strategy were invaluable. One of the best things is how quickly Scott gets back to you with any questions you have, he and his team are so on top of everything and never put you off or make you feel dumb for asking questions. We had an amazing experience, we wish we could have taken him out of state with us to purchase our new home, because he really is that good.

We worked with Scott and his team to sell our home in OP. We needed things to move quickly because we had already found a home in Estes Park CO. We were on the market within the week and sold in 1 day!!! And it was a holiday weekend! Scott was amazing through the whole process! Very knowledgeable with the market and our area! Scott knows a lot of people and when closing approached and our roof was still needing replaced...he had an amazing roofing fellow that was able get his team together and replace our roof 5 days before closing! We could not have asked for a better experience with Scott and his team! If you're selling a home this is the team you want working for you!

His comprehensive knowledge of the industry and his wealth of resources made all the difference.
