The technician, Kim, was excellent. He took his time and explained everything that he was doing. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for AC work. Mason was on the installation team and he did a great job as well. He showed me all of my options and I purchased a new HVAC and hot water heater. So far so good with J & W Heating & Air. I wholeheartedly give them a thumbs up. From beginning to end…every person I dealt with was professional and courteous. Thumbs up 👍 to J&W.

These guys came strongly recommended by the contractor that worked on our home. This was the order of which they came: Trae the technician that came out and addressed the issue, ran diagnostics, provided recommendations for fixes.Then Justin the Project Manager who drove SAME day: answered all our questions, explained each plan and unit in detail along with what works best for me and my family. Lastly we had John, Thomas and Ray as the technicians that came to perform the installation and ensure everything was in working order. Every part was new, everything was built from the ground up and everything was explained to us in full detail. This type of service is legendary and this is coming from someone with a background in customer service and production coordination. So far everything is running swimmingly and I would not go with ANYONE else. I will be recommending these guys to everyone I know. I’ve attached a photo of their handiwork for references!

Zachary Seiber Was a10 star. We had to move our water heater about 12” to stack our washer and dryer. He is Very professional and sincere about his work and how he presented himself. Took his time and did an unbelievable job. I will definitely refer him to friends and family.

Jeremiah was very friendly and patient when he installed our new water heater. He was on time, answered all of our questions, and did a great job with the installation. There had been a small miscommunication about the unit to be installed, but he went out of his way to resolve the issue for us. Richa, the sales manager was flexible and accommodating. He responded to our calls and emails promptly. They were able to schedule our installation quickly, called and texted when the technician was on their way, and showed up when they said they would.

I called at 3 on a Friday and they were here by 6, which was amazing because our AC went out and we have a newborn. Our technician was thorough, professional and was able to repair our unit. We signed up for their maintenance plan, so will be using them again! Thankful for their prompt service.
