This is my 3rd tax season here. The women working the office are always amazing and very organized. Miss Yolanda as my CPA is so wonderfully patient and intelligent! She answers all my questions by keeping it real and fun at the same time. She is always finding a way to bring down what I owe, which I know I could not do nearly as well on my own. I appreciate how thorough the team is at Juanita Ross and would recommend to anyone needing their taxes done.

Juanita Ross Income Tax Services is most definitely a hidden gem for those who don't know about it! Went in for a tax return filing and I'll simply say I'm never going anywhere else, not even to the online services like H&R Block, Turbo Tax etc.

I absolutely LOVE this place, the wonderful women who run it, everything about it. I'm my experience, I've always left smiling (even in times when I've OWED more taxes to the government LoL!! ) They know everything, great at answering questions and figuring out jenky W2s (I work as a server/bartender at restaurants... Do I need to say more 😊) Main takeaway I have for u .. Only use THIS wonderful place for your tax returns. They're wonderful at their job, trustworthy, always able to get the most money back that I'm entitled to, and are super sweet and pleasant thru the entire experience. I have never had a bad one. You'll be glad you chose them, and will become a return client! Thx you... Lovely people of Juanita Ross!! ✌️🙏
