When I first listed my home back in June with another agent, the experience was frustrating. There were very few showings, no real marketing plan, and the strategy felt more like “hope and pray.” That simply wasn’t good enough for me, especially since I had already set my sights on purchasing a new construction home. Josh worked with me and allowed me to move forward with that offer, which ultimately gave me more funds to put toward my new home. Josh Hisaw truly does everything he says he will do, and he is completely transparent throughout the process. On top of that, he is genuinely kind. I also want to recognize Meredith Gariby on his team. Meredith was incredibly supportive and knowledgeable. Anytime I called, she answered or responded immediately. She truly held my hand through the entire process. I have no doubt that if I had not called Josh Hisaw, I would not be sitting on my patio in my new home writing this review today. If you are thinking about selling your home, I highly recommend giving Josh Hisaw and his team a call. They are the real deal.

Great marketing and we got out first offer within 7 days. However, communication with Josh was sparse. Once we were under contract, we did not talk to him again. He did not respond to calls of the buyer's agent or of our closing attorney. I learned to bypass Josh and reach out to his support staff, if there was a time-sensitive matter. We have not had contact with him directly for weeks; not even a courtesy call when we closed last week. If you are looking for a hands-off agent with competent support staff, then Josh is your guy.
