John did a fantastic job helping me clean up a large bamboo project - he gave me the best quote out of all the different places I called and worked out a more than fair deal when the project ended up being far more extensive than either of us had imagined going in. He was kind, courteous, professional, quick to respond, and worked with my schedule to get the project done in an efficient manner. When he had a brief equipment problem, he showed up on time anyway and got the rest of the project done another way which strongly impressed me. I can only recommend his services, and have already converted a few neighbors. Thanks John, we'll be seeing you soon when we finish up our backyard!

I had a great experience with JohnTilly Tree Service. Communication was excellent and they came out quickly to give us a fair estimate. The crew was courteous, professional, and clearly very experienced. JohnTilly Tree Service removed a leaning sago palm for us and trimmed the golden rain trees that hang over our backyard. They worked efficiently and left everything clean and tidy when they finished. If you need tree removal or tree trimming in the New Orleans area, especially Gentilly, I highly recommend them. I'm extremely happy with the results and will definitely use them again.

John and his team did a great job of trimming a couple of Japanese blueberry trees (2 before pictures and one after) and removing a bradford pear(not pictured). He then brought in a guy in to take care of the pear stump and a couple of others I wanted removed. They cleaned up everything very nicely and even put some mulch from the trimmed limbs around 8 other trees in my backyard. If you need some trimming on any trees, I highly recommend Johntilly. He responded quickly to my text when I first contacted him and we were able to schedule the removal within a week. I recommend texting him using his contact phone number on the website.

I have 50 year old Louisiana Oak trees. They were trimmed in 2019 and needed to be trimmed back again. I was satisfied with the last company and was going to use them. A good friend recommended John Tilly’s Tree Service with the highest recommendation and totally satisfied. I called John Tilly and he responded quickly and on time. He arrived on the day and time as discussed with a polite and competent crew. The job involved two trees and took less than two hours. The work area was totally cleaned and all limbs, branches and debris was mulched on the spot. I was completely satisfied and the results were amazing. The cost for the job was very fair and reasonable. I would highly recommend his company and will absolutely call on him in the future. I would have given more stars but only 5 was available !
