Jiffy Lube Oil Change

Having just two men working tonight, they both worked with hustle and great customer service it was pretty outstanding! Thank you Antonio and Dillion you were great!

January 27, 2026 I had a very disappointing experience at this Jiffy Lube location. According to your website, the oil change estimate was $85. That sounded fine. However, the final bill came out to $108, plus an additional $8 “waste disposal” fee, which was never clearly explained upfront. I also asked to replace both air filters. In the past, at Jiffy Lube, I was told that replacing both filters comes with a $20 discount. This time, no discount was offered or even mentioned. They also added antifreeze for $8 without asking first. For that price, you can buy an entire container of antifreeze at a store. No one explained why it was needed or asked for approval. On top of that: Nobody asked which oil I wanted — they just used the most expensive option No pricing was clearly discussed before the work was done The person who dropped off the car for me was not informed about any of these added charges either For comparison: I recently had the same service done on a Prius of the same year at another location, with oil and similar work, and the total was $132. This visit ended up being $232 — nearly $100 more, with no clear justification. This location either has very poor customer service or employees who simply don’t care about transparency or customer trust. I would strongly recommend asking for a full price breakdown before agreeing to any service — or going somewhere else.

Have always had my oil changed at this location since I bought my car. Antonio and Dylan have always been there when I came through and they e always done right by me.

Both my roommate and myself went through on different days, 2 days apart and apparently we've both been running our under 5 year old cars dry and burning oil... and we need the engine clean. Now mind you they pulled the oil plug before pulling the dipstick. So who really knows. Lol regardless I assumed they needed the upsell and did the cheaper of the options. They did do the extra service as advertised and they did change my oil and hers as advertised. But I wouldn't trust if they tell you the oil was low. Check the level before pulling in if you're nervous. After I got my oil changed I checked my roommates oil just to verify she was ok to wait a few days. So I know hers was fine and so did she. She got the extra service the same reason I did. It doesn't hurt the car and if it helps them pay their people then ok. Just don't lie about it.

BEWARE! I use to go to these facilities all the time until they blew all the seals on my truck. This was caused by over filling the motor oil. I asked them several time big to over fill but to no avail. They also stripped my drain plug and made a very substandard repair. The repair also leaked and drained all the oil out of my engine. I have since spent a couple thousand to fix all the damage. I now go to a reputable mechanic to service my truck and guess what, NO ISSUES. Would not recommend this place to anyone.
