This place was absolutely everything I needed! I LOVED IT! Took advantage of the Groupon offer for entry. Make sure you have your ID or you cannot get in. Checked in at the front and as soon as you go into the women’s side, there’s lockers for your socks and shoes. After that you go into the open area where there are larger lockers, that’s where you’ll put your personal belongings. Be prepared there is nudity in the open women’s section, you are required to shower in the open shower area before you enter the hot tub, sauna areas. All the free amenities are great the pool, workout room, saunas, spas. I had a reflexology session and she did an amazing job. The environment was very welcoming and nice. I will most definitely go back.

I’ve been here multiple times for the sauna and their spa service, but the last time I went specifically for my nails and feet. They weren’t packed and did a good job. However, I stayed in there for hours. It was only two ppl working the day of the week that I went. With that said, don’t go in there in a rush.

I’ve been to this establishment several times in my last few trips to Atlanta so when I was coming from Puerto Rico to visit my sister and my nephews for their birthday I was excited to revisit. All of the positive experiences that this place has to offer were absolutely negated by this trip. After several relaxing hours in the men’s area (which requires nudity and includes saunas and showers) there was a random man walking around fully dressed that kept peeking at me first in the steam room and finally in the last shower stall where I was seated alone cooling off. I asked him why he was fully dressed and he aggressively asserted it shouldn’t matter if I’m not doing anything and then after turning away came back and said I had to leave due to alleged “complaints” (there were three other patrons at the time and I only spoke to one briefly so I know that was a lie). I genuinely asked repeatedly and directly what he thought I could be “doing “ as I got dressed and he said the owner was on the way. The owner said that if his employee said I had to leave I should leave. I said I wanted a refund and he said take it up with your credit card company and then without giving me a concrete reason or letting me respond at all went into the back. As I was on the phone with my bank driving back to my hotel I realized that they never returned my drivers license. I asked the police to help me get it back and the owner tried to say I had left my drivers license and in order to get it back I had to pay for a service I incurred at the premises. To avoid any further confrontation I paid it all the while enduring insulting and degrading comments with homophobic undertones from the owner. I’ve been here several times and was going to bring my family but the level of evil that was perpetrated onto me (initiated by a fellow Black man) was absolutely staggering and unacceptable. Enter at your own risk. 💯

Please do not go here, there’s ANTS everywhere, on the floor and the benches around the circular saunas. There were many people (including us) who obliviously sat or laid down on the floors/benches around there who definitely could’ve got bitten. We told the employees about this and they just tried sweeping and wiping them away (no disrespect to the janitor because there’s only so much you can do with cleaning supplies), which obviously did not work and is not a long term solution. We used to go here whenever we were in the area, but this will be our last time. It’s also gotten quite expensive, especially considering the state of the facilities.

This is a really cool and unique Spa! Most areas are coed so you can go with your significant other however, the Turkish bath areas are separated by sex for obvious reasons because they require full nudity. There are definitely some pros and cons. I will start with the positive. There are tons of therapeutic things to experience, including amethyst/jewel encrusted saunas, charcoal saunas, silver and gold saunas, salt, saunas, an ice room, Turkish baths, etc. There is also a large indoor pool, gym, and a nail salon. I opted to get a one hour reflexology foot and leg massage which was phenomenal. I also chose the one hour acupressure body massage, which was incredible. I love how it’s 24 hours so you can just take your time and experience everything. I loved being able to go from a sauna to an ice room to a Turkish bath after my massages to try to get the full relaxation experience. Which leads me to the cons. I went on a Saturday and the place was packed and oddly loud for a spa. I definitely don’t think this is a place that children should be allowed for a multitude of reasons, including noise level nudity, etc. Tons of people were talking with their outside voices throughout all areas that we’re supposed to be Zen and peaceful so as you laid in a sauna or getting a massage, you could hear people loudly talking all around, which really took away from the Spa experience that it’s meant to be. Hard to relax when you’re constantly hearing that. Another con was how incredibly rude some of the staff were. When you are going to a place like this, you’re expecting a really therapeutic experience so under no circumstances, should you be given attitudes or be condescended by staff. Puts you in a position to make a choice between getting into it with somebody and ruining your whole experience or walking away feeling aggravated. That is totally unacceptable. A lot of the staff felt rushed and stressed and that energy pours onto the clientele for sure. This refers to the people running the individual areas, not the therapist as they were very sweet. Staff were just downright rude for the sake of being rude people and had no concern for customer service’ kindness or respect for others. The Turkish bath area is full nudity so if you are not comfortable with that be forewarned. That is not something that bothers me at all so I was able to enjoy the experience however, if you’re uncomfortable with that idea, you can skip that part altogether. But you will still see full nudity in the changing area, which is segregated by men and women I do wish the outfits that they gave you to wear were something other than prison orange lol I felt like I was in a luxury prison for a crime I didn’t commit with the uniform, the crowds of people, and the constant yelling and loud talking. Despite that I still really enjoyed the experience of this place. There are certainly things they could do to make it more Zen and peaceful as it should be. Maybe pre-selling entrance tickets and limiting how many people can be in the spa at once, banning kids, immediately firing, and replacing rude staff members, and enforcing a policy of near silence. Another cool thing about this place is they have sleep cave so you can literally stay here for the full 24 hours that you pay for if you choose to spend the night. However, you would have to sleep on a fairly on a very hard floor with just a mat so maybe they could put some thicker mats in these areas. All around interesting experience-could’ve been better but still glad I went.
