I had a great experience working with Jerry Fox. From the beginning, he was professional, knowledgeable, and really took the time to explain everything to me. He kept me updated throughout the process and made a stressful situation feel much easier to handle. I truly felt like he cared about my case and worked hard to get the best outcome possible. It a pleasure working with Sarrinah. She is very easy spoke which makes it easy to talk with her. The intake process was very easy but the wait was lengthy. The text messages make communication easy but only if you get a response on the other side. My overall experience was pleasant.

Amy's done an amazing job getting me started with Glassman and finding all the required information making this processes as seamless as possible. She's has been transparent about company policy, was very gentle, caring and understanding and always asked me how I was doing anytime she called. She's made me confident that this team is the best one out there for me and my situation!
