We love Jeff Thompson Orthodontics for our family. The location is convenient, the staff is very friendly and our care is exemplary. Dr. Thompson is caring, thoughtful, and thorough in his work. He puts his patients at ease and makes them feel comfortable in the chair. Bonus: they run great specials from time to time to make orthodontics more affordable.

Very flexible with helping us get a down payment and monthly payment plan that fit my budget!! Our appointment was informative and walked us through every treatment along the way. They were honest about expectations of pain and the long term treatment for my son. His care was a little more extensive requiring spacers before braces! I would highly recommend consulting with them. You will not be disappointed, the whole ortho team from the front desk to the top are amazing! I can’t thank you enough for helping my son gain confidence through his smile!!

The staff has always been very professional and friendly when we have been in office. When unexpected circumstances have arisen, their staff has been available and accommodating. This is the best experience my family has had with an orthodontic office. Highly recommend them!!

I have been bringing my kids to Dr. Jeff Thomson since 2015, and I couldn’t be happier with the care they’ve received. Three of my children have completed treatment here, and their teeth look amazing—excellent, high-quality work! The front office staff is wonderful. Everyone is caring, attentive, and great with both parents and kids. The office is easy to access, with plenty of parking. Their text and email reminders are super convenient, and the check-in process is quick and simple. They run on time, so there’s never unnecessary waiting.The assistants who work with Dr. Jeff are fantastic, experienced, friendly, and many have been there for over a decade. You can shop around for prices, but their costs are comparable, and the level of service and expertise you receive here is truly exceptional. Highly recommend!
