Working with Jay is an absolute pleasure. He feels like family from the very first meeting. The first thing you notice is how despite having multiple clients, he is always available. Unbelievable multitasking. His responses are immediate and contextual. He offers a professional perspective on every aspect of the homebuying experience and guides you in considering aspects that would have been total blind spots otherwise. He helped us in buying our first home and we plan to partner with Jay for all of realtor needs. I would absolutely recommend Jay to anybody looking at buying or selling their homes and need a partner in that process. Thank you Jay.

I cannot recommend Jay & Christian enough! As a first-time homebuyer moving to Houston from out of town, I had to switch realtors last minute, but Jay & Christian stepped in and immediately put me at ease. Since I wasn't local, Christian's detailed rundowns of each neighborhood were invaluable. He was also incredibly honest during tours, pointing out specific flaws in houses that I would have completely missed on my own. He handled the negotiations and closing perfectly to ensure I got the best deal possible. Honestly the best home buying experience I could have asked for!
