JRO and Dr. Loflin are absolute outstanding. I cannot more emphatically recommend the entire practice. By way of background, I visited JRO reluctantly. While my smile wasn't ideal due to damage from 40+ years grinding my teeth, a few chips aside it was fine by me. Eight months later, I marvel at the work they performed and my new smile. I couldn't be more appreciative, amazed or excited. Safe to say I would give James River Orthodontics ten stars were it an option. Amazing people, unparalleled customer service and exceptional orthodontists.

I love going to JRO. My 1st visit, I went to the wrong location my mistake but they were so understanding. I was seen that same day only 10 mins later. Such a great atmosphere where they explain everything in great details. Also any questions Ive had afterwards are always answer. When i was on my 4th invisiline tray, I called to tell them one side was lifting in the back, instead of me having to go back into the office they assisted me on the spot and i was able to get it in correctly. Love this place.

My family loves JRO! My son is on his second phase of braces and I'm now at 40 getting braces. Dr. Larry, Dr. Wyatt made me feel so comfortable with this decision and the process. The staff is friendly and professional and always there to help. I arrive at my appointments and taken back within a couple minutes. Everybody is always on time and so welcoming.
