From the very first day we met Dan to our last meet, we enjoy working with and communicating with Dan the whole time. Dan hired a professional photographer taking pictures of our house, which helped the selling significantly. Dan gave extensive advice to make a sale yet never attempted to overwhelm us. Dan answers emails and texts in a super-fast and efficient manner, which is quite impressive too. Dan knows houses and how to maintain and repair houses, which is very important as an agent. Before the final deal was made, Dan gave a lot of good advice to repair minor issues and helped us save money. On our last in-person meeting with the Title Company, Dan showed up to help the signing process even he did not have to. I was surprised to see Dan and super grateful for his show-up because there were questions that only Dan can help us understand. We then left Fargo while worrying about if the house can survive in the brutal winter before closing. Dan considered our interest all the time--even after we left Fargo, Dan looked after the house for more than 50 days checking temperature and security frequently. His continuous efforts and hard work ensured the completeness of the sale. There is no single review or writeup that can cover how much we appreciate Dan's help and professionalism.
