Working with Kenny Rama from Jacob Realty was a very smooth process beginning to end. He was very thoughtful in curating options that met the specifics I had discussed with him He takes his time to answer questions and knows the city of Boston intimately. His patience and reassurance helped me land the apartment I was looking for. I highly recommend working with Kenny. His straightforward communication and customer service were top notch.

I recently moved to Boston from Orlando and was contacted by Kenny Rama after requesting additional info on a unit. He was very proactive, patient, and answered all of my questions with the appropriate information. The process was quick and smooth. I am so glad to have been able to connect with him, he’s the best! If your looking to move in Boston I highly recommend working with Jacob Realty. I specifically had the pleasure of working with Kristian Kotov with Jacob Realty and he was amazing. I saw one of his apartment listings on Facebook market and we arranged a tour that same night, in which he also showed me four other of his units all in the same night! Kristian made the whole process fast and easy. He is super knowledgeable and you can tell he truly cares about his clients and getting them moved in. He made every step of the process clear and thorough from the application to the moment he dropped off the keys in the end. He made the whole process effortlessly quick, and with his help I was approved for my new home in less than a month. Can't wait to move in, thank you Kristian!
