Robert was extremely professional, patient, and very thorough. Definitely confirmed that the HVAC was definitely working appropriately with the thermostat prior to leaving provided education and reassurance if needed to call back.

Leon and the plumbing team at IRV were absolutely amazing. Leon was highly skilled and knowledgeable and was able to quickly identify exactly what the issue was. The quote to fix it was very fair—especially after other contractors gave us wildly inflated estimates simply because they couldn’t diagnose the problem. We’ve also worked with IRV for HVAC needs during our renovation, and they’ve been just as reliable and professional there as well. Highly recommend IRV for both plumbing and HVAC work.

It took me a long time to realize I needed to call these people out about a water well pump problem. They were able to diagnose it very quickly and did a great job explaining the issue. Most importantly, they were able to get somebody on site to replace the bladder during some sketchy cold weather. Leon and William were true professionals who knew their stuff.

We have used IRV Plumbing for over 10 years. When we had a leak, we naturally called them to have a look at it. It turned out that there were several problems, and IRV handled them all promptly, efficiently and with a reasonable price. Dustin was awesome and kept us updated and informed every step of the way! Dustin, Leon and Will knocked the job out in under a day. The office staff was very conscientious with sending out appointment updates and repair estimates. A big thanks to the whole IRV Plumbing team!

I would like to thank Leon and Will, the two plumbers that came out and did an amazing job for me. I was converting a standard tub unit into a walk in shower. First, one of the most impressive things IRV PLUMBING, ELECTRIC & HVAC, INC did was send out in a text a picture of the plumber and his credentials. That automatically sets a comfort level. I don’t think anybody else does that. Leon and Will made quick work of this job, which I thought might take 8 hrs or longer. They were pleasant, professional, courteous and cleaned the place better than what it was previously. They made a slightly nervous situation extremely satisfying. I would recommend this company to my family, friends and anybody else that needs plumbing work. Thanks Leon and Will, you did an amazing job. Almost forgot, Leon gave me some very helpful tips and consulted with me during the installation. Thanks again, Irv Plumbing, Electric and HVAC Inc.
