I was looking for Quick Books support but got these 2 guys from India. They gave me the story that there were many errors in the data and they would correct them and down load the 2024 version of QB. Since my version is soon ending support I started getting suspicious. I was stupid not to check the web address to start with.

SCAM. Somehow clicked on wrong Quickbooks support and ended up with this company thinking it was Quicken. They portend to be a third party rep for Quicken. Proceeded to tell me my data files were corrupt and that I needed to pay $1500 or start Quicken from scratch. Became uncomfortable with the interaction and canceled their work. Turned out to be only a minor issue that legitimate Quickbooks remedied without cost. Stay far away and don’t give them remote access to your PC.

SCAM! Do not fall for this company, they claim they are quickbooks. They call multiple times asking if you are satisfied DO NOT say yes, they will hold this against you and hold your money. They do not provide a work detail of the work completed even when asked multiple times. I was on the phone with a supervisor (apparently) and he could not produce a work report even while on the phone. They are extremely unprofessional on the phone, they ARGUE with you on the phone. Also 40 minutes on the phone with them arguing back and not making the refund a priority because all they want to do is keep saying you confirmed. They will not offer a full refund and claim that you were satisfied (because you replied yes). Theywill harass you with phone calls daily multiple times a day asking for the satisfaction, so that you eventually say yes. They blame you and even though they did not send a work report when asked. They claim it will take hours to produce and make you send an email of the exact amount of the payment you paid if you'd like a refund of their one year subscription. They also say their negative reviews are like any negative reviews and they say even microsoft has complaints.. um pretty sure microsoft is a real company and put customer satisfaction as priority, not argue with you and say well other companies have negative review.. like what. DO NOT USE THEM THEY ARE NOT QUICKBOOKS OR INTUIT !

I called today as i was facing issues with my Invoice for one of my customers. Amount was not calculating correctly on the invoice. Internal Tax Service LLC helped me to correct the Invoice's Amount and helped me with Record Deposits. I am very happy with the services. I would recommend others to use this company. Thank you so much for helping me.

Barjinder was very professional and knowledgeable. He helped me with Quickbooks and also with my email account. He showed me more than one way to access information and a shortcut in QB. I am very happy I bought this service. He also showed me how to check for viruses on my computer. Overall OUTSTANDING!!!!
