Good availability when I went, only had to wait 15 minutes with an appointment. Once in I was taken care of right away. Convenient location to Tulane university, and the insurance plans that they accept, considering I am from California and have Kaiser Permanente HMO. The nurse practitioner that I saw was very respectful, kind, and easy to speak with.

I came in with a very scary nosebleed and was seen immediately and Trina made me feel so much calmer. They were able to get the bleeding under control and got me in with a local ENT immediately to get cauterized to stop the bleeding for good. I was really impressed with their care.

The staff is friendly and professional. The receptionist was welcoming, which was great because often doctor's offices have grumpy rude staff, which just makes everything so awful, especially when you're not feeling well and you're just trying to get medical care. But I found everyone here to be kind and courteous. The nurse practitioner I saw was knowledgeable and professional. I was seen very quickly and had no issues with my insurance. I recommend this place.

Nurse Practitioner Guzman is excellent at taking care and finding out what’s wrong. My second visit, 2 months apart- I had a bad case of bronchitis beginning of January and I have bronchitis again. From the check in lady at the front desk, to the nurse, to Dr NP Guzman I felt very safe in their hands. Not a long wait, and no rushing me in and out. I have recommended this location to everyone. I am from out of town and had to go and get lab work. The place is great! I made an appointment earlier today so no waiting. Either way, there were very few people waiting. I was in and out in 20 min. Everyone was very professional and I got great care. Highly recommend.
