I just moved to Boise and decided to check out IFF after a friend's recommendation. The space is not huge but I have never experienced it feeling over crowded. Thought I imagine the times after work can get a bit busy. Equipment is in good working order and the place is kept clean. It's also nice having the sauna in the locker room area making it easy to jump in after finishing up a workout.

I go early in the morning at it’sa great way to start the day. Very clean gym. All the equipment you could need and I love the sauna and the red light therapy!

Nice little gym with just about all the basic equipment to get that pump you looking for. I've traveled all around the USA in all kinds of gyms so some are going to better than others. Friendly people and the staff are fantastic at answering any concerns. I recommend this gym definitely. Thanks for having me. Oh and the stand up tanning beds are womderful!!!

Great customer service - Dan is the man, he set me up with a deal that really helped me out, especially considering that I'm a travelling medical provider who is trying to save money, big thanks! The facility is also pristine, new treadmills, plenty of weight machines and free weights. It's kept very clean as well and there are plenty of stations to get cleaning rags with antiseptic spray. The locker room and sauna are also very nice as well. Great facility!

This gym is the best. Great customer service, and the equipment is amazing. I also like the way its open 24hrs a day so u can go when u want. For the price for ultimate membership its worth it to use the sauna, and red light therapy.
