Throughout this home-buying experience, I cannot express into words the gratitude my family and I have for Kevin Dultz as our realtor. Kevin truly puts his heart into this journey with you. From start to finish, he was incredibly communicative and always available, whether it was a quick question, a late-night worry, or needing something explained for the third time because real estate language is no joke! At one point, we were experiencing major issues with our lender. We were nowhere near securing our loan. But he reassured us that the team he recommended was incredibly experienced and that if anyone could pull this off, it was them. With less than two weeks to close, this new team had all hands on deck, working around the clock and even through the weekend to make the impossible possible. I am beyond grateful for Kevin. Without his quick thinking, deep knowledge, and strong connections with the best people in the industry, we would not be in our home today. But what stood out most was the heart he carries into everything he does. It shows in the way he treats his clients and in the fight he fought with us to save a dream we felt slipping away.
