We needed help understanding the programming of our new thermostat. Trevin was very knowledgeable and patient in helping us understand the programming. He walked us through the steps on the thermostat and the phone app. The day after Trevin Watson helped us with programming our unit stopped cooling. We called Horne and they had Matt Myers come on Sunday to check our unit. It turns out the circuit board was bad. He was very nice and explained everything that was going on and our next steps. We appreciate his comprehensive explanation and professionalism.

As new customers we were very impressed with Horne’s prompt response to our request. We were also impressed with the technician that addressed our concerns. He was polite and well experienced. He listened to our concerns and did all he could do to address our issues. We would highly recommend Horne HVAC COMPANY.

Matt did a solid job fixing my HVAC unit. He was detailed, worked efficiently, and didn’t rush through anything. He took the time to inspect the entire system, made sure everything was running properly, and handled all the necessary repairs before wrapping up. You can tell he cares about doing the job right the first time. I’d definitely recommend him to anyone needing reliable HVAC work.

Our consultant, Robert C., was straightforward, factual, and transparent about our options and system deficiencies. He pointed out important details that none of the other companies caught during their assessments. For the installation, we had the pleasure of working with Mason, Mark, and Nick M. They were friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. They took great care of our home, communicated effectively throughout the process, and provided detailed information once the job was finished.
