We sold our house through Sandra after 42 years of occupancy. Obviously we were a bit rusty on the process, She exceeded our expectations. We changed a simple sell strategy for a certain date to a hurry and rush with a bridge loan to meet new requirements. She adapted and we still met or exceeded our original expectations. She was worth every dollar! Most important of all is that Sandra brings an extrordinary team with her that aids you with many different expertises for problem solving and assistance in areas that most of us would or do not anticipate.....invaluable. Personable, cheerful, helpful, available, enthusiastic, prepared, professional, informed, and all around excellent service. Plus, she knows the real estate market cold.
