Angela showed us only two houses before finding the perfect one. She is incredibly knowledgeable and connected us with excellent contractors—including a plumber, roofer, and others—after our inspection. She connected us with our home inspection agent as well, which he was able to do within just a few days of requesting it. We were also able to get quotes extremely quickly. She is clearly well connected and respected across the Milwaukee community, especially the north shore. Thanks to her efficiency, guidance, and connections at Accunet, we were able to close in just 3 weeks! We’ve stayed in touch with her since, and I’ve confidently recommended her to our friends who are also looking for their first home. About a year ago, we wanted to sell our home in Whitefish Bay, WI and move to another but similar suburb in Illinois. Janine Werner of Keller Williams was introduced to us by a neighbor whose house Janine sold in record time. Ever since our first meeting, Janine was of great help and a great source of information to us. She went beyond our expectations and had many valuable contacts who could help us in getting the house ready for sale. More importantly, her personal attention and understanding of our needs and the market left us totally at ease with the sale process in every step of the way. The fact that we accepted an offer even before house went on the market speaks for itself. I will recommend Janine in the strongest possible way to anyone who is looking for a realtor--either to sell or to buy a residential property. Janine's daughter Annie Janine also a realtor came into the picture a bit later and was also very helpful and a joy to communicate with. If there is one area where there can be an improvement to our experience it was in communication between the property title company Focus and the real estate company. Overall, I feel totally comfortable giving a 5-star rating to our experience with Janine and her associates.
