Advice on installing a drip irrigation system was very helpful and we got all the equipment, and it was explained to us fully. One staff person at one location was a little flip out of the two times that we visited the store at two different locations

I am very grateful for the help I always receive at The Urban Farmer. Everyone is on point and knowledgeable. I'm learning how to expand, fix, and understand our irrigation system and the help I have received at The Urban Farmer is invaluable. There's never any judgement when I come in to fix another hole I've created in a mainline, only joking support. The humor has really helped me break through my embarrassment about not knowing what I'm doing and sticking a pickaxe through a couple of irrigation pipes...oops. I am very impressed with how organized everything is and how diligently they work to understand what I need to make sure I purchase the correct pieces and parts. Thank you!!!

My mother and I stopped by yesterday to get irrigation parts. My mother has had nothing but good things to stay up until now... she was struggling to find the parts she needed because the parts were mixed up/not in their proper location. As she was struggling, Eric one of the employees asked if she needed help she explained what she was looking for he started to laugh rudely telling her that they were mixed up which was already pretty clear. He continued laughing complaining that the customers put them back in the wrong bins and that we were holding the wrong parts... She and I were insulted by his condecending and unhelpful manner.

I love this place. I know it sounds crazy, but when I come in and get what I need for fixing my drip irrigation, both supplies and advice, I feel empowered.

AMAZING customer service. I walked in without a clue how to set up a drip system. I had bought all the wrong things at Home Depot the day before. I explained what I was trying to do (raised planter about 20 feet from my spigot) and left 30 minutes later with all the right parts, clear instructions, and the timer system already programmed. Amazing. It even cost less than the wrong things I had bought at Home Depot--soon to be returned.
