Henry's Gymnasium

Henry’s is an excellent gym. I’ve been going since August 2025, and I’ve only had positive experiences. The facility is always clean, and the staff is consistently friendly and welcoming. In the past, I’ve felt very intimidated by gyms, but the team at Henry’s has completely changed that for me. The biggest impact, though, has been working with Thao. I’ve been training with her twice a week, and she is incredibly supportive, and knowledgeable in all things health and fitness. She listens to my goals, helps me improve my form, and constantly pushes, encourages and empowers me. Because of her, I feel confident and excited to go to the gym. I’m so grateful for this experience and highly recommend Henry’s Gym.

I recently joined Henry’s Gymnasium and I honestly couldn’t be happier with my decision. Not only is the environment welcoming and motivating, but the equipment is high quality and well-maintained. What really sets Henry’s apart for me, though, is the staff. From day one, they’ve gone above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and part of the community. I especially want to shout out Chris. He gave me a thorough tour, answered all of my questions, and made me feel genuinely welcomed. It’s clear the staff truly care about the members and the culture of the gym. If you’re looking for a place with great energy, great equipment, and a supportive staff, this is it.

I love Henry’s gym! Found this gym while walking to the grocery store and it’s honestly one of the best gyms in Seattle. The gym is such a vibes and has a unique look. I’ve been to quite a few gyms here in Seattle & this gym has some really unique equipment that most gyms don’t offer. And The staff are incredibly sweet & welcoming! Definitely check it out!!

Amazing!!! Amazing!!! I stopped by Henry’s while preparing for my move to Seattle this summer, and I was seriously impressed. I’ve been around gyms for a while, and Henry’s delivered. The vibe was welcoming and authentic, with members actually connecting with each other. The staff and management were friendly, greeting people by name and genuinely engaging with members. The tour was thorough, the equipment (Gym 80 and Panatta) looked top-tier and spotless, and the sauna, cold room, and massage chairs were a huge bonus. There appears to be a solid community of people here and I can only see this growing! Overall, it feels like a well-run gym with great energy. I can’t wait to be back this summer!!

I’ve been going to Henry’s Gym for the past nine months, and it has genuinely been one of the best decisions I’ve made for my health. The space is always clean, and you can really see the care that went into the interior design. It feels welcoming the moment you walk in. The staff is friendly, attentive, and creates an inclusive environment where everyone feels comfortable to show up exactly as they are. The variety of equipment is great, so I’m never stuck doing the same routine. During these nine months, I’ve lost over 40 pounds, and having a place that feels this good to be in has made staying consistent so much easier. I’m now planning to work with one of their personal trainers to help me lose the next 20 pounds and fine-tune my form. If you’re looking for a gym that feels clean, thoughtful, and genuinely supportive, Henry’s Gym is a fantastic choice. I’m grateful I found it. 🤎💪🌈
