Today was 2nd appointment. 1st was pediatric consult. I was incredibly impressed with the doctors knowledge. She quickly had my nephew smiling & made him very comfortable. She explained everything very thoroughly. I’d highly recommend this practice to anyone needing services for their child or themselves. Office is very welcoming and comfortable. Staff is very friendly. Impressive, all the way around!

We had an outstanding experience at Heim Orthodontic’s! From the moment we walked in, the entire staff was warm, welcoming, and highly professional. Dr. Heim is incredibly knowledgeable and he takes the time to explain every step of the treatment process, which really helped us feel at ease. The office is clean, modern, and equipped with the latest technology, making each visit smooth and efficient. Scheduling was always easy, and we appreciated how punctual they were with appointments. The whole team truly goes above and beyond to ensure patient comfort and satisfaction.
