HealthCareClinics Urgent Care

Everyone is really nice but I never know precisely what tests are being ran or what the results are. I also feel like there's a lack of communication between the staff and doctors here and the specialists they refer you to. My PCP never seems to know about the other procedures I've received. And I have no idea how to review my test results or insure that they're receiving my records from other doctors. I feel like there should be more consolidation.

Was in line at 715 Paid the copay at front around 0815 Went to *THE BACK* around 0900 Spent time in a room for 20 min or so Saw an NP walk by asked how long NP stated she will check the Dr is very popular I asked did popularity contribute to my level of care being delayed? The Nursing Manager came in after this episode and stated there was a PT who had a heart attack and needed immediate attention. I told him I understood there are unpredictable unforeseen instances at clinics vs an ER The doctor entered the room shortly after Checked my symptoms did some questioning then diagnosed me with Strep Throat is a level 4 diagnosis I spent a total of 3 plus hours at an Urgent Care Center for Strep Throat and Upper Respiratory Congestion May this sickness never find me again!

I scheduled an appointment at this location two days in advance for 4:00 PM. I waited in the lobby for over an hour before being brought back, and then waited an additional 40 minutes without seeing a provider. As I write this the provider came at 6:05. I have visited this location previously and had a positive experience, which makes this visit especially disappointing. I understand clinics can be busy, but waiting nearly two hours without clear communication reflects a lack of respect for patients’ time. More transparency about delays especially when appointments are scheduled would make a significant difference.But positively, the provider Alicia has incredible bedside manner, she was thorough, kind, and answered all my questions

This is a top quality clinic. Very attentive, doctors and assistants. They are timely as well as compassionate with each of their patients. I would highly recommend going to this clinic. They follow up on everything and make you feel at ease. Dr. Ibarra, is very straightforward and a compassionate doctor. Has plenty of years of experience and demonstrates that with critical thinking. He definitely cares about his patients and how to improve their health. Please visit here and you will be very well taken care of.

I love the staff and they are friendly and honest and they have great communication skills and they treat you like you are their friend and patient and Rhonda will make sure you get everything done are she won’t let you leave and she will send you to a different hospital if you need anything else just to make sure that you are well I admire health care and it’s staff and doctors
