My son is non verbal autistic, and both the medical assistant and the PA were great with him. It was the easiest doctor appointment we've ever had with him, honestly. Everyone was patient and gentle, they even got ALL of his vitals, which has never happened anywhere EVER. So thank you, honestly. It was a great experience when it's usually a nightmare elsewhere.

Physicians assistant has a good bedside manner and was able to quickly diagnose the issue and provide effective medication I went from having a fever and sweating through my hoodie with a bacterial infection to feeling much better just a few days afterwards

The RN (think she was a RN) was really great and helpful. Dr. or PA. Nam was really awesome and thorough, he got me on the right track to recover. Within 10 hours of my visit, I am feeling better, what he prescribed started working pretty quick, beyond grateful.

They worst clinic I have ever I had to go! Waited almost 2 hrs to be seen, watched 2 other people w non emergencies get seen while i sat crying in the lobby in pain. When i asked if appts get seen before walk in emergencies, i was told yes. Dr was supposed to call in prescription for prescription extra strenth tylenol, never did! Waitted a hour at rx and called clinic and still nothing! They didnt take any medical history nor prescription history. I would sit in an er before ever going there again. They were suppose to read my xrays for a 2nd opinion never did! No discharge paperwork or summary of visit. Had me sign a blank form for wrist brace. Never got a copy of that either. I hope they dont add anything on paperwork other then a wrist brace. I will be going to get 2nd opinion and inform my insurance the lack of services and billing this place did!! Never again! This place sucks!! Urgent they dont know what that means.

I was greeted by an extremely unprofessional provider named "Michelle". Unhelpful and rude. I have never experienced such disrespectful treatment in a medical facility. She was ready to cut me open with no real explanation. It was very scary. I was not provided with any clear diagnosis, or instruction. Just a blank stare and an offer to cut into my skin to delay the healing process. Very unhelpful, and definitely scary. The nurse who checked me in also gave me veiled insults when I provided my height and weight. The only kind person who showed both care and professionalism was the receptionist. I advise to think twice before seeking help from this facility.
