I needed ice removed from an outdoor deck on an emergency basis. Vlad cleared time in his schedule to accommodate my request. He came when he said he would. He was friendly and courteous and very professional. And he worked to get the job done quickly, efficiently and effectively, I recommend him very highly.

Had a GFCI outlet that kept tripping until it wouldn't work anymore. Thought it was a small project so would be hard to find anyone to do it. Vlad was awesome, coordinated by email with accurate assessment, estimate and he even purchased electrical outlet that I needed. Job was done quickly, outlet no longer trips and at very fair price. Can highly recommend! Vlad is simply the BEST!!

I had been waiting for my super to have time to do a bunch of things that I needed to get done in my apt, and after 5 months of waiting, I googled handyman and found Vlad just a couple of blocks away. I actually booked him before I read his reviews or saw his website. He's been here twice already, and I will have him come back yet again to do more stuff. So far, he de-squeaked a squeaky front door that no one else seemed to know how to fix, he fixed some windows that were off their tracks and helped me to clean the outsides, he hung a chandelier, he hung four shelves and two curtain rods , and he did a quick fix on my toilet seat that was loose (I felt kind of stupid that I had forgotten how to tighten the screws). He will be back to change a damaged outlet, to fix my front door lock, and hang yet more shelves. He's quite busy as he should be, but when he books you, he comes exactly on time and keeps you updated if there is a problem. Everything is expensive these days, and I'll have to say that he's not cheap, but he's definitely fair priced, and you get your money's worth. Vlad did say to me that everything can be fixed, and so far, he has proven that to be true.

Vlad installed reverse osmosis water filter under kitchen sink. He was professional & knowledgeable about the job having already installed 12 this year...! He walked me thru the entire process, providing me the DIY experience to change filters when needed... highly recommend Vlad for any of your plumbing needs!

Vlad is THE jack of all trades professional handyman. I moved into a new apartment, and there were a lot of miscellaneous repairs and updates that I wanted to take care of. Over a few weeks, Vlad diligently ticked off everything on my to-do list. 1. Swapped out the ceiling fans for new light fixtures and recommended different light bulbs to improve the ambiance 2. Repaired the antique doorknobs that had fallen off 3. Removed pots and pans wall mount, stripped the wall, removed the wainscoting, and installed custom floating shelves 4. Patched holes in the wall and sanded down the existing bumps 5. Taught me how to paint my living room myself and how to clean paint if it got on appliances or the floor. He sent me Amazon links so I could purchase all the needed painting tools and supplies myself and how to clean everything to reuse them again. 6. Rewired and hung all my artwork and mirrors 7. Fixed the outlets that were not charging things 8. Increased the water pressure of my bathroom sink 9. Replaced the old kitchen faucet with a new replacement 10. Fixed a botched TV mount and reorganized all the wires so weren't a tangled ball crammed into the outlet strip. He's a clear communicator, always on time, and reasonably priced. He's also super clean and tidy and is super careful when working inside your home. For as long as I live in NYC, Vlad will be my go-to trusted handyman.
