Gottsegen Orthodontics: Metairie Location

My appointment was not scheduled for today 3/9/26, but when I was there on 1/26/26 I was verbally told that I had an appointment for today. I didn’t receive my usual reminder text, so I called to confirm whether I would still be seen. Fortunately, they were able to squeeze me in at the time that had originally been told to me. I appreciate the effort of the staff to make this work. I’m writing this to help prevent similar scheduling misunderstandings in the future. The appointment was on time with everything that needed to be done. Everyone was pleasant and professional.

Dr. Gottsegen has been my orthodontist since I was in lower school. I’ve never gone to anyone else. He’s given me great results and his whole staff is truly one of a kind. I’ve never had any complaints and it always feels like home. They’re so accommodating. Professional and so kind hearted. Genuine people. Dr. Brad is truly out of this world. Excellent doctor and amazing at what he does. My whole family actually goes to him including my brother. 10+ years strong!

Dr. Gottsegen is AMAZING! I felt at peace talking with him and trust him more than any other dr. Thanks so much for everything. And the nurses are amazing too!

Gottsegen Orthodontics for my very first visit did very well as to explain everything that we would be going through with the treatment. Before I knew it the appliance was on my mouth and I had booked my next appointment. It was that easy. They have two locations that make it very nice and the staff was genuinely very kind and nice. I think I’m gonna enjoy very much going through this transition with them. I did meet Dr. Gottsegen at my consultation at my consultation. He was very pleasant like I’ve known him forever, but genuinely good doctor. I look forward to this experience.

Dr. Gottsegen is truly one of a kind — in the best way possible! The way he talks to kids is incredible. Let’s be honest, if you need braces, you probably already have some confidence worries, but he immediately made my kids feel comfortable, safe, and never judged. He’s funny, kind, and just has a gift for connecting with his patients. Even with an office completely full — every single seat taken — somehow he made us feel like we were the only patients there. That kind of attention and care is rare and so appreciated. The whole office runs like a well-oiled machine, even when it’s busy. Christina (I believe that was her name) was so kind and took the time to chat with my very shy kids, which meant so much to me. Everyone — from the receptionist Nyjah to Dr. Gottsegen himself — was wonderful. I walked in nervous, but I left feeling completely at ease and confident about this next step in my kids’ orthodontic journey. I can’t recommend this team highly enough!
