I was cited for a speeding ticket in New Mexico. I live in California and the laws regarding traffic citations are different in New Mexico Mexico. To ensure the best possible outcome, I retained the Valdez law group. Retaining them was a seamless experience, even in a different state and they were able to expedite a positive outcome for my traffic citation.; I was able to take a defensive driving class and get my ticket dismissed. Valdez Law group exceeded my expectations

Mr. Valdez Smith's team is very efficient with resolving cases, providing clear communication, answering questions, keeping clients updated throughout process. I was very impressed with how fast they answered my first call and quickly provide me with avenues how this would be addressed. I got a speeding ticket and they're very accustomed to that. They helped me dismiss the ticket and provided valuable advise. I highly recommend them and I thank them for being reliable team.

I can't thank them enough! I-25 south of Albuquerque was pulled over excessively over the speed limit which I had no idea means I had mechanical failures in my vehicle thought I was going to lose my license, but after retaining the team at Glen Smith Valdez ticket fox everything was a breeze no points off my license minimal fees 100% recommend them to anybody with traffic issues in New Mexico and if I ever need them again they'll be the first people I call! Again thank you and your team for all the work they did and producing better than expected results!

I received a Careless Driving ticket from NMSP in early December 2025. Even though I contacted Mr. Valdez’ team at the last minute they still represented me. They were very open about updates and with any questions I had. I got to hear from several of Mr Valdez’ teammates including Itzel, Victoria, Carla, etc… All of his staff were very professional and courteous. They were able to get my case dismissed on the first trial hearing. Super happy with the services I received and would 100% recommend them to someone in need of a traffic attorney.
