GetFit Anytime

This was a great out of towner gym for the day. Easy pass / access. Had all equipment I would need for whatever workout I wanted to do. Lots of squat racks. Highly recommend if you pass through Nashville.

Update: The owner reached out to me apologizing. We met face to face and I was given a full refund. He doesn't seem like a bad guy or that he's just out to take your money. The facilities themselves are cleaned and maintained well. There's a decent selection of equipment to use and folks are generally pretty friendly. I may have just been the unluckiest guy that literally everytime I went in there was no one there. Given this, I'm willing to let bygones be bygones. Thanks Adam for understanding my frustrations and taking the time to make things right. The most non-existent service an establishment can demonstrate. I had previously made a one star review last year for the lack of appearance from any staff here. I took that down as a courtesy after receiving a call from the owner. It appears that was a foolish decision. I emailed this company LAST SUMMER about canceling my membership. They never did. They've been charging me a monthly fee since then. The worst part, there seems to be no way to reach out to correct that. Ive tried emailing and multiple calls. I get no one on a line and no response to any emails. This place is a joke. If you want your money taken on a routine basis with no way to stop it, go here. Im certain you'll love the lack of service and care to its customers. If you're the kind of sensible person who would prefer to be treated like you exist, have a decently maintained gym, and not to have to wait hours for someone at a front desk then I recommend you look elsewhere because you won't get that here.

Compact but well equipped gym. Had everything I needed and not overly crowded late afternoon. Couldn’t find the times when they were staffed for a day pass, so took a photo of the hours on the door. $20 per day.

Moving from Atlanta, I had a hard time finding a gym close to my pIace of employment that was similar in cost and vibe as the one back home. After a bit of research and phone calls, I found that good gyms with a good price are hard to come by here in Nashville. Some are glamorous and miss the point, some are simply chains with the same contracts and limitied accessibility. But GetFit Anytime? They are different. Something that really drew me in was the discount they had for educators, particularly on their annual membership. I thoroughly enjoy GetFit as a gym and the people that go here, as well as work here, are all pleasant. I have not had any complaints, and I have been going since July. Although they do not have many benches (I think there are four in the free weight area), there are workarounds for sure. Parking has been troublesome at times, but never to a point where I have had to turn around (although, I have been close). Amenities are a big plus here, as they have deodorant, showers, towels and shampoo / conditioner. Not that a lot of gyms don't have these, but for some reason, it feels right here. All in all, GetFit Anytime is an excellent gym, and you cannot really beat it for the cost. I could never find myself paying over $55 a month for a gym, so this worked out well. ($44 or so if you do the annual). I plan on working out here for as long as I am in Nashville.

I love this gym so much. I’ve been going here for around three years, and it’s been a consistently great experience. I usually go late at night, but whenever I visit during the day, I can really see the sense of community among the members. The equipment is always clean and well-maintained, and over the past few years, they’ve made a lot of great additions to the gym. It’s clear they genuinely care about everyone’s personal experience and are always looking to improve.
