Jackson and Giovan were excellent! Move our stuff with care, super friendly, I felt like I’ve known them for a long time. Adam, who I interacted with at the beginning was very helpful and very efficient in helping me setup the pickup. Overall great team and great service. Definitely will use Gentle Giant again.

The team that moved us did a fantastic job. We moved in the middle of a snowstorm and they came with snow shovels to keep cleaning off the drive. They were fast, professional, pleasant and helpful. There were 7 guys on our move. They were so friendly and helpful. They got everything moved without a nick or scratch. They took great care of our items and us. I would highly recommend them for any move.

Moving is never fun — but Gentle Giant Moving Company made it a much more pleasurable experience. Matthew and Jevon were friendly, incredibly hardworking, and extremely careful with all my items. They showed up prepared, stayed organized, and kept everything moving smoothly. Not a single thing was damaged, and they even went above and beyond to help position furniture in my new place. Their energy, professionalism, and attention to detail really set them apart. I’m so grateful for how easy they made the whole process. I would recommend Gentle Giant to anyone looking for a trustworthy moving company and I will absolutely use them again.

We had Gentle Giant move us yesterday to our new home in Charlotte, NC and I can say after having moved 3 other time prior to this by moving companies, this company is head over heels the best! This is our third move with Gentle Giant. We have had excellent experiences with each move. Christian (and his team of Cleon, Lamar, Matthew, Taybren, and Alex) arrived on time, sought our preferences on where items would be packed and unloaded, and the move was completed efficiently. All the items arrived safely and our property was treated with great care. The workers are respectful, very polite and personable in conducting their business. We highly recommend Gentle Giant for anybody's moving needs.
