I met Tom Kavanaugh when Fulcrum sponsored trivia night at a local bar (RIP Duffy's!). He is an outstanding agent who made the first time home buying process a breeze. He advocated for me and told me straight up when a home did not meet my homebuying goals. He has taken a keen interested in helping me manage getting some work done to the house before I move in, suggesting all sorts of contractors, electricians, plumbers - you name it, Tom knows a guy. He even discussed financial setup options to purchase the home taking into account the various factors when settling on a property in DC. In addition to Tom, the team at Fulcrum is amazing, prompt, and professional. Sara assisted me with all the forms needed and provided me with all the updates throughout the process. Shelly recommended a flooring company that I am currently using and very pleased with. She stepped in when a travel issue prevented Tom from being at the closing, and it was seamless. I truly felt supported by the team at Fulcrum throughout the homebuying process. I would highly recommend contacting them if you plan to purchase or list a home in the DMV area. I remain impressed with their professionalism, flexibility, and the comprehensive responses to my questions and concerns.

Tom Kavanagh was our realtor and he was excellent from start to finish. He was very knowledgeable, easy to stay in touch with, and had plenty of helpful tips along the way.
