They packed my entire two-bedroom apartment, moved everything with care, and unloaded it seamlessly into my new apartment. From start to finish, the process was smooth, efficient, and stress-free. The team was professional, punctual, respectful, and extremely organized. They took great care in wrapping and protecting my furniture and belongings, making sure nothing was damaged during the move. Excellent moving service! This is the third time we’ve moved with Friendly, and they’ve been consistently outstanding and offer the best rates. They previously handled my move from Virginia to Maryland seamlessly. The team is incredibly efficient and communicated clearly throughout the entire process, especially when our latest move took longer than initially anticipated. From Sandy in customer service to the movers themselves (Ramon, Renaldo and Miguel), everyone made a stressful experience much smoother and easier. The crew worked quickly and their attention to detail really stood out. I highly recommend this company.

Fast and easy moving as customers for booking available at your time/day, the movers Carlos/Jesus movers early start & Early finish It was so easy to get setup with an estimate and to set a date. The communication this company has with its customer is outstanding! The movers were wonderful, efficient and friendly. They took great care of our items too! Reasonably priced as well! Have to continue moving hope to have them again but if I do, I would use them

I moved on Oct. 14, 2025. Javier and his crew did a excellent job. They moved me in no time really fast. They were very nice and professional. They wrapped all my furniture up nicely. They took their time with moving my stuff so nothing gets broken and everything. I recommend this company to anyone looking for good professional movers. I used friendly movers in the past and had a good experience but it was for smaller moves (1 bedroom apartments). This time, we went with friendly movers for our move from a 3br townhouse and had a disappointing experience. First, the total move ended up costing over $1,000 more than the initial estimate, which felt like a total bait and switch because if their estimate was accurate we would’ve gone with another company. Second, movers broke my husband’s $3,000 desk. And broke an end table which they covered up by taping back together. They also gashed a computer monitor. When we reached out about the damage they sent us an absurd claims form that would have required hours of visits to obtain estimates, appraisals, and even get notarized. Clearly they have no intention of compensating or our photos of the sage along with the receipt demonstrating how much we paid would have been sufficient. Was hoping they’d offer something for the damage, very disappointed. Especially after shelling out more than $1,000 over the initial estimate. Would not recommend for a larger scale move. But they’re decent for smaller scale moves.
