Sam was so helpful! I'll never call another place again. I love this insurance company because i've had a poor driving record in the past and they really are one of the only companies out there accommodating people like me and treating us like humans by giving us more fair prices. (And yes i've called a dozen) Sam was very understanding of my situation, which was particular, and he helped me out thoroughly and set me up to be ready for the road. A few correspondences were also necessary after signing the papers because of a special circumstance I'm dealing with..... he was not only very patientc, but also very quick to respond. This is not automatic and it's not easy...It takes effort and attentiveness, which this company provides through people like this amazing insurance agent. Thank you again Sam! If you're looking for insurance, this is the place. CALL THEM!

Sam was absolutely amazing! When I felt lost and didn’t know what to do with my insurance, he insured me and found me the cheapest rate out of six different companies that I called and was able to get me insured within three hours, despite the fact of me having an SR-22! Highly recommend asking for Sam if you do call freeway insurance he’s the way to go.

Alyanna was incredibly helpful and attentive throughout the entire process of finding the right insurance for me although I was not located in San Diego. She walked me through multiple options and clearly explained each one so I could make the best choice. Even after everything was finalized, Aly went above and beyond by following up with NatGen to ensure I received my insurance card in the mail. Truly exceptional service, I will continue to refer my friends to Aly and Freeway!

Narsin was amazing person to work with so knowledgeable, so informative. He was very pleasant and kind and honest he didn’t try to up sale me like other insurance do. He made the process so smooth he was so understanding gave me a good pricing. He was really empathetic being hospitalized and coming to find out I didn’t have insurance and he got right back up with out any stress I would definitely recommend him. He is a people’s person. More people like him should be in this customer service Industry. His customer service exceeded. Thank Narsin for taking care of us today ! You are a rock star.
