My husband and I highly recommend Frank’s Handyman Services and we’re so grateful we found their company! Frank’s Handymen Services did an amazing job from start to finish! My husband and I were planning to replace our laminate flooring, but once we started removing the planks and baseboards, we discovered water damage and structural damage around our fireplace. My husband demo’d the fireplace to find the extent of the damage and found dry rot on the structural studs, header, and multiple joists. The subfloor was also so damaged that it crumbled when my husband removed the floor tiles, which left us with a huge hole to our crawl space. We contacted numerous water damage/remediation companies and construction companies— all of which said it was out of their scope of work, said we’d need to hire an engineer before they would work with us, never followed up with a quote, or would only build us a new fireplace if we outsourced the structural repairs to another company. We lived with the demo’d fireplace and hole in our living room floor for MONTHS until we found Frank’s Handyman Services! They were the only company to confidently say they could do the work. When Frank Jr gave us a consultation, he even showed us photos of their other projects that required similar repairs. Frank Jr was very friendly and thorough when discussing the scope of work. He was also very quick to follow up and even sent us a quote the next day! After seeing example projects and receiving a fast follow up, we knew they’d be a reliable company to work with. To avoid future issues with the chimney, we had them cut off the top half and extend the roof. For the new fireplace, we knew exactly what we wanted, so we provided them with a dimensioned floor plan, elevations, and realistic photo rendering of what we envisioned. All of the crew members did amazing and Juan did an exceptional job with communicating throughout the repairs and framing, ensuring it followed our original design and measurements as close as possible. Since we converted the wood burning fireplace to electric, he was also able to install a new dedicated circuit for the fireplace and tv. The crew members that installed the backsplash tile and cabinets also did a great job in communicating the plan for the tile spacing/lay pattern. I purchased the backsplash myself, so they ended up running out of tile— but in order to finish the project on schedule, they waited over an hour for me to pick up extra tile from the store and stayed slightly later that day to finish the backsplash. They were so sweet and understanding! They also had specialized crews for drywalling and installing the new gutter on the roof extension. Everyone did an amazing job! We also specifically requested that we paint the fireplace, cabinets, drywall, etc ourselves. Many other companies we contacted had an all-or-nothing mindset, so we’re happy that wasn’t an issue with Frank’s company. We had a major leak in our kitchen and had to do a complete remodel. Franks Handyman Services came in and from being to end made us whole again. They were extremely professional and skilled. Can't recommend them enough!

We had several odd jobs that needed doing. We had Frank’s out for an estimate. They were quick and professional. In less than a week, they were back to take care of everything. Gutters cleaned✅ Handrail installed on the basement stairs✅ some plug in/outlets redone to make them usable✅ All in all, excellent service. Sent photos of the tree I needed to remove. I received a quickly responded by a quote. Which I found very reasonable. Then scheduled up the job. And they had a team over there Less than three days to get them on site. Super fast, clean neat and efficient. Highly recommend them.

We live in a 1928 historic home that desperately needed an upstairs small bathroom remodel from 1967. I acquired several bids and ended up hiring Franks company . Alberto and Marcelo were absolutely incredible to work with . Professional , detailed oriented , kept the construction mess to a minimum and always assured we were happy with the work . I had hired Frank previously for other smaller odd jobs and was very happy with that work too . Definitely would highly recommend them for all your small and larger home improvement projects .
