Excellent gym. A lot of equipment. Doesn’t have too many people even during busy hours. Great staff, Deaken helped a lot and provided a helpful tour. The place is clean. No hidden fees. Wonderful monthly price. Open 24/7. Worth the money. Would recommend to a friend (you both get a free month at the gym for a referral).

Just joined Four Star Downtown and had a great experience. Deaken gave me a solid tour of the facility and made the signup process easy. The gym has a great atmosphere and everything I was looking for. Highly recommend asking for Deaken if you're checking the place out!

FourStar Downtown isn’t flashy, and that’s exactly why it works — solid equipment, clean floors, good energy, and people who are actually there to train. The racks are sturdy, the machines run well, and it feels like a place built for effort, not selfies. What really stands out is the staff — they keeps everything running smoothly, stays on top of maintenance, and is genuinely helpful without making it a whole production. It’s dependable, well-run, and serious about lifting. Five stars.

A convenient 24/7 gym with a friendly, community feel and solid equipment for strength training and everyday workouts. It’s smaller than big commercial gyms, but it has what you need, and the welcoming atmosphere stands out. especially thanks to Deaken at the front desk, who is consistently helpful and made signing up smooth and informative. While the location is great and the equipment gets the job done, I've seen some members have mentioned minor frustrations with cancellation policies. However, the way it was explained to me, it seems most people over complicate things and blow it out of proportion. Overall, it’s a good choice if you want a straightforward, local gym with supportive staff and reliable access.

I’ve had a great experience at the downtown Four Star Fitness in OKC. The gym is clean, well-organized, and has a solid layout that makes it easy to get a good workout in whether you’re lifting, doing cardio, or just trying to move your body after a long day. The atmosphere is welcoming and never feels intimidating, which I really appreciate. What truly sets this location apart, though, is the staff—especially Decon. Decon is consistently friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. He goes out of his way to make members feel comfortable and supported, always greeting people with a positive attitude and being quick to help when needed. You can tell he cares about both the gym and the people who come through the doors, and that makes a big difference in the overall experience. Because of the great environment and outstanding customer service, I’d highly recommend this gym to anyone downtown.
