AVOID THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE OVERCHARGED AND HAVE YOUR FURNITURE TREATED LIKE TRASH. They don't even deserve one star. Flex Moving was an absolute disaster. They showed up late, moved slowly, and treated my furniture like trash. My dining table was chipped, my bed's headboard endedul up with a hole in it, my bench stained, and they even put a hole in the wall of my new property. They left marks all over both properties and acted like they couldn't care less. Two of the movers got into a screaming match in front of my house, which was a change of pace from being in the truck taking breaks for over 20 min, they stood around smoking and playing on their phones repeatedly. I was quoted $700 and charged $945 without approval. Their "resolution" for all the damage was a laughable $74 dollars. The only professional person was Donna over the phone, everyone else was careless, rude, and completely unfit for this job. I’ve moved many times, and this was by far the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. Avoid them completely. Update: Company reached out to me after my initial review. They should have done right in the first place for me to never have to write this. They gave me compensation. Is it enough? No. Had their workers treated my items and properties with care I would have NEVER had to file a complaint. Proceed with caution if you do end up using them.

Flex storage was amazing to work with. From placing a request to quote and then the follow-up throughout the process. Incredibly professional from the corporate office to pick up and drop off. When Kyle picked up our personal things, he was on time, courteous and kind. He took pictures and was very detailed and gentle with our stuff. Josh was the same when he came to drop off. Both were efficient and methodical. I would definitely recommend Flex to anyone looking to assist with moving. Thank you to the Flex team, Kyle and Hosh for making our move easy.

Entire experience was terrible, but what gets them the 1 star is their lack of accountability of damaging an item. Our formal dining room table (the main thing we wanted to preserve) was damaged when loaded onto their truck. Flex Moving sent over 2 vs 3 movers that was quoted, with one being naive enough to wear flip flop type shoes and highly unqualified to properly load a trailer. The young man tripped while walking backwards and dropped his end of the 12-person, wooden, "wrapped" table. When we reported the incident, Joey from Flex Moving denied the claim, saying that they don't cover that furniture material, adding "Thank you for your understanding. Take care. Warm regards," in his closing. We were willing to look past the terrible organization and placement of our items in the truck, the hole in the truck door, inability to unlock the side door, and repacking of everything once they discovered that the GPS needed to be replaced. But not taking accountability for damage that their person caused, is unacceptable. It’s pretty bad if this is Flex Moving's expectation of quality work, but on the other-hand, if you're looking for a job where you have zero accountability of your actions, this may be the place for you!

Miami team is very solid. I recommend their services to my niece who moved to the Kendall area. They were quick and efficient; the price and quote were on point.
