I recently used flex storage for my move on 2/1/2026, and couldn't be happier! The crew arrived exactly on time, handled my furniture with great care, and were incredibly professional throughout the day. They worked quickly and efficiently, making a stressful day stress-free. Keys - 14 foot trailer only - retaliation charges - had to hire another company to finish job. They had 28 foot truck to finish job. Needed all the space - all furniture has damage - broke contract Make sure to have everything in writing and record all of your phone calls. They only have a 14 foot trailer. We listed everything that we had down to the exact amount of boxes. We even included bigger plants. Once the larger furniture was loaded they refuse to make a second trip ever though you paid for extra hours. All of our future was damaged. They caused extensive damage to our driveway and sewer. How do you end up in a ditch not once but twice? The driveway was clearly marked and they still missed it by over a foot. On top of that we paid extra for full service "gold". What that entails is for fragile items to be wrapped( ex. TVs, pictures and glass table). They did not bring any items to wrap everything. TVs were thrown into the back of the truck "as a favor". Cherry on top, they keep charging your credit card in retaliation for disputing charged. We had 3 on top of everything charges. If we didn't cancel our card, I am sure they would have kept finding changes. We have tried working with "customer service" but they have blown us off. The last resort was to dispute the charges. Bottom line, for the money that they charged go with a big name company. In the end, we had to hire a second moving company.

Greg and Carnell were great! I'm a senior and I was stressed during the move as I was moving from an apartment to my daughter's home. I had a lot of things that I had accumulated in my apartment and basement. Your team understood how difficult this move was for me. They were professional and efficient. Moreover they were very patient and considerate with me. I appreciate them and I would use them again and refer them to others. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!
