The Utah team came out to Seattle and did absolutely amazing!! They packed out things very well, and were very accommodating to the things we needed. Big thank you to Luke and Trip for the respect and continued work ethic. Very happy with my move!!!

The crew worked quickly while still being careful with furniture and fragile items, and everything arrived in perfect condition. If you’re on the fence about who to hire for your move, this is your sign — go with Flex Moving & Storage. The crew was friendly, on time, and worked hard from start to finish. No stress, no chaos, just solid people who clearly know what they’re doing. They handled everything with care, moved efficiently, and kept things feeling calm (which is saying a lot on moving day). It felt organized, professional, and honestly way easier than I expected a move to be. I’d absolutely use Flex again and would recommend them without hesitation to friends, family, or anyone who wants a smooth, straightforward moving experience.

If you have anything valuable to you, be it the furniture or the house you are moving to - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. ☠️🚨 This is the worst experience I have ever had. I am not blaming the movers, because they did try, but how much is it humanly possible to lift things without proper tools and not damaging anything... Having said that - its extremely amateur unprofessional moving company. I gave a full list of every item being moved and size. The company sent out only 2 movers with a tiny trailer! (everything BARELY fit in and its an hourly rate, btw) and without any proper tools. They did not even have enough moving blankets and run out of them! The movers only had one “ghetto” dolly with short bottom platform for lifting things which would NOT suffice for most items, especially EXPENSIVE items. They had nothing special to lift washer and dryer, no motorized wheel dolly for the stairs. Let the below photos speak for themselves. Every single thing got damaged. My very expensive BRAND NEW $3k mattress (it was even its original factory thick wrapping as you can see in the picture) got rips, tears, handles broke off!! It got completely ruined. Genuine leather couch that we just got few months ago - deeply scratched at its edges. My very expensive cabinet ($2k) got scratched and dented, and I am not even mentioning everything else that got banged, scratched and dented. Also, our house that is a very well maintained Victorian and is picture-perfect got dinged!! (The doors, walls, ceilings and floors). They paid claims for the damages - total around $400 for everything. That does not even begin to cover anything. What a joke. In that amount they offered $50 for the house damages - I find it almost offensive. Anyways, if your house / stuff is valuable to you and/or expensive and you want to keep it same condition as prior to the move - AVOID THIS COMPANY. This is the worst headache to deal with the aftermath. They should not be moving people’s things. PERIOD.
