Honestly, it is one of the best gyms in Kansas City, and I mean that in every aspect. The price is fair, the quality and quantity of equipment are good, and with the new expansion it’s crazy. I hope Flex Fitness Gym continues to grow and improve. 10 out of 10. 💪

gym was fine, but they literally do not let you cancel your membership. youre basically stuck to paying for life. I called, they told me i could cancel in the app, so i did, and im still getting charged monthly. just BS, i havent even lived in kansas city for almost 3 years

DO NOT GET A MEMBER SHIP HERE. This place is a joke. A complete scam. My boyfriend got sucked into it and didn’t realize it was a $300 fee to cancel the membership. When I tried to help on his behalf they were DISRESPECTFUL and unhelpful. The manager and the owner are dishonest and evil. They clearly don’t know how to a run a business, and they also have multiple BBB classes against them. So save yourself a trip and go to a BETTER environment and a respectable gym. AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!! Edit: Notice how unbelievably unprofessional the owners responses are under every review. Only cancelled when we non stop nagged them and we were able to cancel fee free due to distance. Doesn’t matter if I’ve never been there. Still a horrible gym nonetheless 💕

My favorite part of the day!!! I train with Heather and she is incredibly knowledgeable about muscle development, physiology, nutrition and athletic psychology. The facility has more equipment than I’ve seen in any other gym. There is never a moment where I have to wait to use something. The clientele is welcoming and focused. And, they’re expanding. Wow!!!!! This is the place to be if you’re a regular person looking to tone and get fit, or a prospective or seasoned competitor.

Great gym. My wife and I were in town for thw weekend and wanted to get our workouts in. We found Flex via a google search. Getting a day pass, downloading the app, and signing a waiver wasn't exactly user friendly, but easy enough. The gym reminded us of our old school powerhouse gym but with newer equipment. They had a little bit of everything. You could definitely tell it was a legit bodybuilder gym. Had everything we needed.
