I am very impressed with their professionalism, transparency, and courtesy. I highly recommend this business. They were able to accommodate the service according to my schedule, they fixed my car as promised after another business in town not being able to address the issue.

Extremely disappointed with Fix it Auto. Brought my car in right after my December accident for what I thought would be routine repairs. They took possession and started the process but provided zero meaningful updates for months—no progress reports, no calls returned promptly, nothing. I had to chase them repeatedly just to get basic info. After all this waiting, they finally said it’s a total loss. Why wasn’t this assessed much earlier? The poor communication and long hold on my vehicle made an already bad situation much worse, costing me time, money, and peace of mind. Avoid this shop if you value clear, timely communication—there are better options out there.”

This place was recommended by my insurance agency for electric vehicles. They did an excellent job with a spotless repair, quality communication and keeping you up to date with timing. My car was fixed so quickly! Pricing was transparent and they worked with my insurance well and directly. Would highly recommend to anyone with an electric vehicle!

Fix Auto did an amazing job on my car! They repaired my bumper and my car looks brand new again. They even went above and beyond by buffing my headlights, which I really appreciated. The team was timely, professional, and kept me updated throughout the entire process. I highly recommend Fix Auto for anyone needing quality, reliable auto repairs!

They literally employ the best painter in town (Carlos) I've known him for years. They replaced the rocker panel part of the B pillar and the Front door and you cannot tell, I know what I'm looking for. Nice Job!!! They also deal with Turn 4 Automotive on their alignments and that's a plus!!
