Fix Auto Portland

The worst. First fit they sign sztjsllt fix my door properly, I pointed it out to them and they said “oh” then agreed they would fix it the next week. The next day a person ran into my parked car and stupidly brought it back there… their estimate was so outrageous that they included repairs on areas of the vehicle that didn’t have damage. I went to pick up my belonging from my “totalled” car and they had stripped my entire front end and took out a headlight, (I was rear ended) and the lied about why. DONT GO HERE!

We went to this shop as our insurance sent us to them for a repair after a crash. The provided an estimate and then let us take the vehicle until the estimate was approved. Once we dropped off the car they provided frequent updates, and were ahead of time on getting it fixed. When we picked up the car, they had washed it, vacuumed out and did a basic detailing of the interior, and it looked like they had even buffed out a scratch that wasn't related to the repair. While I hope I dont need their service again, 10/10 I would bring another vehicle to them.

This was my first experience with a repair shop of any kind for my car. After the estimate was completed, and it was clear it would be more work than I had anticipated, my mindset was ‘It will take as long as it needs to take to make it right again’. Six weeks later (after many trips on transit), I have my wings again, and ‘they’ are beautiful. The work is fantastic, the memories of what it looked like are gone. I’m beyond satisfied! I HIGHLY recommend Fix Auto Portland if you need auto bodywork. A++++++¥¥¥

These guys did stellar bodywork on my daughter's Subaru, so I took my BMW to them too. Absolutely great work. I was doing a repair without insurance, and they gave me a great price. Highly recommended. It's wonderful to support a family business.
