Alejandro, Roni and Carlos were a true dream team with clear and timely communication, consideration, and care. They were super efficient and handled all our belongings gently. I can’t recommend 5 Star Moving enough for our recent move from Santa Barbara to Culver City. I requested a quote on a weekend and was shocked to get a response within an hour! Carlos and Onee arrived 30 minutes early and had a 2-bedroom house loaded in under two hours. They handled three different drop-off locations (storage, senior living, and a private residence) with total professionalism. Communication with the dispatcher was exemplary—we always knew exactly where the truck was. If you want a stress-free move between SB and LA, this is the team to call.

Alejandro and Carlos were so professional and so helpful! I've used other movers before but this was by far the best and easiest move I've had. They were careful with my furniture and boxes, and to top it off, they were kind! Moving can be so stressful but they made me feel taken care of. Can't recommend them enough!

Five Star Moving Company showed up right on time and worked very quickly and efficiently, which I appreciated. However, I think they may have been moving a little too fast. After I got settled into my new place and started unpacking, I discovered that my china cabinet which is mostly glass and very special to me had been damaged. It seems the movers didn’t properly secure or disassemble it before the move, and now it’s shattered beyond repair. I’m honestly heartbroken because this piece meant a lot to me and can’t easily be replaced. I wish I had paid closer attention while they were packing, but I was caught up in everything that comes with moving. I did speak with the company recently, and the receptionist was very kind, apologetic, and genuinely concerned about what happened. She assured me that I could file a claim for the damage, which I truly appreciate. I’ll update this post once I know the outcome or resolution. I want to share this experience so others know that, while Five Star Moving Company is punctual and efficient, it’s important to make sure they take extra care with fragile or sentimental items. A little more attention to detail could have made all the difference.

Five Star Moving felt like how a moving company should be. I called on Sunday and got help the next day moving some furniture from my old place to my new place. The booking agent was great to work with and got me sorted out quickly. The movers, Alejandro and Noe, showed up on time and handled all of my furniture carefully. Everything was wrapped and transported with great care. They were kind, professional and efficient. I'm very happy with their service and would recommend them.
