I am a member of 1440! What a great place for inspiration! Everyone there is encouraging and are your biggest supporters, if you're open to allow people in. I enjoy the classes: kettle bell and dance! The instructor is full of life and she will push you to your fullest potential physically! I also got a trainer (Jay Poole), great fitness trainer he pushed me to my fullest potential! It has been hard but rewarding! I encourage anyone looking for a trainer ask for JAY! But be prepared to become 2.0 of who you are now! It started with a visit and became a membership! Woo hoo! Let's get this work! It has been a year for me and I am apart of a gym community and I am enjoying it! I signed up for another year and I am hoping that I see my next transformation! Let's get it! It just keep getting better! This is a great gym community! I encourage who can and look to change the trajectory of your health stance give Fitness 1440 a try! The last four pictures are the fruits of my labor! When I go out to be amongst Sorority Sisters, Friends and Family the work that has been put in shows in my clothing and dress! I wanted to share some of my moments with you! It is always great when more join the 1440 fitness community to start, continue, or complete their journey, either way you are welcome to join us on this fabulous ride to a healthier YOU!

I love coming to Fitness: 1440 I've been a member of this fitness since June of 2021. I love training with Justin. He was my trainer back in 2012 and he helped me lose 30 pounds in 4 weeks. I'm glad I reconnected with him and back to training. It's very worth it.

A little on the pricier end but well worth it! Have yet to see anyone there just to make content 😉. You’re basically getting ymca amenities, without the ymca price. You’re offered a full walkthrough and trial before you commit so there aren’t any surprises before you join. Environment is very diverse, you’ll see people of all ethnicities and ages! Staff are friendly and very helpful, they understand life happens and was happy to work with me. There are also personal trainers on staff that care about getting you set up for success (shout out to Patric!)

Rebecca at the front office was so sweet and welcoming during my first visit. Along with her male coworker who was very friendly when suggesting the pre-workout that was made at the gym and needless to say i liked it better than my Alani !
