I have been to several different gyms over the course of 3 years and honestly, this is the worse gym I have ever been to. Very crowded, dirty, had a musty atmosphere. Felt very disorganized. The moment I walked through the door, there was just dirt in the hallway, overpriced, but I guess I understand because it was already so crowded, but you should atleast make up for it by cleaning the place more and actually replacing the damn carabiner instead putting a zip tie and calling it a day. I’ve been to many other gyms that cost less for more. If this was the only gym in my area, I would rather drive hours to a different one just to avoid it.

Besides the fact that they only have 1 or MAYBE 2 sets of 5 and 8 pound weights in the mat area, I am a dedicated fan of the saunas, showers, layout, vibe, etc….. I will say I hate when it’s super busy and I’m fighting for breathing room, but the staff is great, the culture is mostly great (just being a girl in a gym can be weird). Edit - minus 2 stars because I left some things in a locker and called them as soon as I got home to make sure it wouldn’t get stolen or thrown away and three days later it’s all gone but there is dirty undergarments in the lost in found

Most comprehensive equipment and amenities that includes cardio, free weights, muscle and relaxation equipment. This location has Sauna, IR Salt room, Whirlpool, Swimming Pool and Cold Plunge.

I have been a member of this gym for about a year. The condition of the gym has decreased especially for the women’s side. This is everything that is broken today. 😭 Plus they increased the price for this type of service. Also they make us grab towels in the front but is very inconvenient in case you are showering or are in the steam room.

My favorite gym and favorite location! Super clean and always up-to-date. Love the pool here and I swim there often. The staff are very friendly and helpful from Haifa at the front desk to the pool staff, and especially Kayla has been amazing and very accommodating. I would highly recommend signing up to this pool.
